These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any purchase of game calls and related hunting products (“Products”) offered for sale through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You further represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Certain Products sold on this Site relate to hunting activities. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing hunting, wildlife calls, and related equipment, including any licensing, season, or species-specific restrictions in your jurisdiction.
2. Products and Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our Products, including materials, sound characteristics, dimensions, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Colors, finishes, and wood grain patterns on game calls may vary from the images shown due to the natural materials used and differences in display settings.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the quantities of any Products we offer, and to discontinue any Product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or unauthorized or illegal activity.

Payment must be received in full prior to shipment of any order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction to which the order is shipped.
4. Shipping

30 Day returns available. No questions asked. Well we may want to know if you have any feedback, so there might be a question so we can improve. But you don't have to answer it, and it won't affect your ability to return.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order game calls [MAY / MAY NOT] be eligible for return. If these are personalized to an individual or entity, return is not available.
6. Intended Use and Product Safety
Game calls and related Products sold on this Site are intended for lawful hunting, wildlife observation, training, and recreational use only. You are solely responsible for using all Products safely, lawfully, and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
McKenzie Outdoors is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse, modification, or unlawful use of any Product purchased through the Site.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of McKenzie Outdoors or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McKenzie Outdoors and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any Product purchased through it, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
